Texas: Very thick, tomato-based, spicy with molasses and Worcestershire sauce, also a thing, hot-pepper-based sauce.

In Case You’re Jonesing For Barbecue In Estonia…
I lived in Finland for a while and made regular jaunts across the Baltic to Tallinn, Estonia, which I found to be an enchanting and overwhelmingly entertaining place. So it was nice to come across a review of Mack, a barbecue joint there. The review doesn’t sound too great, though it’s hard to tell if that’s due to the reviewer or the restaurant: “Overall, the mediocre food, out-of-the-way location, but good service make it a restaurant we will go back to (especially with a large group), but we are not in a hurry.”
